The ability to call this project a success comes from the weekly progress and growth that was observed by the group leader. The goals were to offer a short term group within which the members could grow and learn just a little bit and be able to demonstrate the importance of work like this.

Quantitative Fragebogenerhebung (schriftlich/offline), Teilnehmende Beobachtung, Sekundäranalyse von Daten, Dokumenten, audiovisuellen Materialien etc.
The evaluation of the project consisted of a series of qualitative data components collected throughout the process. The primary focus of the analysis was on the assessment of the growth in the group decision making skills as well as the growth in individuals’ ability to work as a group. These assessments were made by analyzing journals, a video taped session, and group leader observation. Brief questionnaires were also given to the participants before the final performance as well as to the adults who attended the final performance.
